Bouncing World - Re-concept with ingame screenshots

A little while ago, I decided I would work on a bouncing level; as in, the entire level would bounce, not just trampolines everywhere. ![]() Basically... I was thinking why LittleBigPlanet doesn't have any "rock and roll" music. Because it would be so awesome that the ground would bounce along to it (hence "rock and roll"). I decided to mix that idea with my bouncing world and voila! Using VR grid materials, I started work on a "simulation" of what a level would be like if it was bouncing like that. For the "rock" music, the Wilderness INT seemed a good choice. Is that a good idea? ![]() I will post screenshots soon. (P.S. I'm also looking for one puzzle idea for Limbo. Don't be fooled, it may look still, but it bounces and jumps the moment you enter. http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=13850 To the right, a brief overview of the first "obstacle": it is difficult to jump (owing to the movement of the entire place), but if you time it right, you'll jump super high. http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=13851 A puzzle shortly follows afterward. To solve it, you must push all three coloured balls into the slots of their retrospective colour. Cliche, I know, but it is much harder when your entire world is jumping up and down as if it was on a trampoline. ![]() So how does it look? Okay use of the 3D background glitch?
