The key word here is of course exploitation which will include gaining financial reward. So with the whole brand in question and an injunction being sought by the Plainiff then the possibility of seeing any extra content for Modern Warfare 2 at all never mind any time soon is very slim

There won't be any dlc because Activision aren't giving the developers enough time for it, last i heard they were pushing for MW3 to be released in the second half of this year.

I've read through the entire thing and it's very interesting. I'm hoping the IW guys win this one, and I'll be very hesitant to support Activision in the future after reading this.

From what I've seen, Activision has been making some bad decisions throughout the last year or two.... It'd be nice if stuff like this never happened...
