To make some common sense in this, I'm going to make a list of the different advantages that i know of that you can use in Uncharted 2 Multiplayer. 1.Secret Locations: areas that you are not supposed to go but there is little to none invisible walls. 2.Glitches: two basic glitches that are used for most secret and glitched locations. 3.Hidden areas: areas that your supposed to go to but may be hard to find. 4.Glitched Locations: Areas that require a glitch move to get to. 1. The Temple: by the villains starting spawn point is a statue of a monkey-thing. If you jump just as you reach the edge were you walk down a little bit, you will climb up the statue. While you are out in the open, you can hide behind the statue. This usually used for surprise, campers or to get a vantage point. The Fort: By the lower section of the cliff edge, you can jump down onto the rocks below and/or hide in the water. Great for elimination matches. The Fort: If you go area where the hero's treasure chest would be in plunder, you can climb up onto a balcony a have a vantage point of the whole courtyard. If you go through the bush to the left you will have a even better view. Face the courtyard and grenade glitch to where you are a arm away or so and then melee and jump forwards. You will only jump if there is some stone for your feet to grip onto mind you. Don't be discouraged on your first try, it takes a while. Great for Co-op and any game mode. Also great protecting and guarding the treasure chest. 2. Swing Glitch: Jump forwards and grab something and then hold O to drop. If you do this in certain places, you will swing forwards through the wall. Grenade Glitch: Hold L1 and walk forwards off a edge. While still holding L1, press up rapidly on the arrow keys to have a gliding effect. you will continue to go down however you will continue to go forwards. 3.Plaza: In the center cathedral of the plaza, there is a balcony over looking the grenade launcher that you can climb up to. this gives you a view of 3 different treasure spawn locations plus the inside of the cathedral. The monastery: By the house that contains the shotgun, to the left and right there is a spot that you can hang off the edge. Its a very good hiding spot because there are really only 2 potential spots to shoot you at and they would have to go right over you to do that. The Fort: You can hang off the edge at the fort. But on the slanted part you can drop down one more time. 4.The Lost City: By the treasure spawn point and the desert eagle in the pit, if do the Swing Glitch on the wall facing the cliff, you can swing into the wall. Great for elimination. The Fort: Remember the secret balcony? If you go to the back area behind the bush, you will enter the glitched area and be on the roof and such with invisible walls. These are not all, only the ones that i have tested. EDIT: Most of these don't work now due to patches.

There's a really great one in the Temple that I could show you. It's pretty long, but also really fun. Also, my friend discovered one on the Fort, but he hasn't showed me yet.
