We don't have clear enough information to determine if he even knew what was going on, let alone whether or not he was directly involved. Our decision regarding this matter is final - no part of our decision will be undone, and no additional consequences will be added to his plate. Disqualification is the fairest solution in this situation. So no worries. Side-Note: Why do some people use this type of news as their own "attention gatherer".
