In need of Photoshop help!

Archive: 9 posts

Okay, so I have a bunch of photos that I need the background taking out of. Now the background on all of them at the minute is just white, so I don't think that it would be too much effort to do this but with my limited photoshop skills I thought I'd be cheeky and ask for help rather than just struggle on my own!

If anyone is willing to help me please post and I shall post the links for the photos

Thanks!

The magic wand is your friend! It should be somewhere on the tool bar, just look around, as it could be hidden under other tools.

Just select the background and press delete or fill it with paint.

As I say, I have a pretty good idea how to do it, but I'm sure there's people who can do it 10 times faster than I could. There's also the fact that I don't have photoshop installed on my laptop here and it doesn't have a CD drive, so it would mean I have to go out and buy an external one tomorrow. Being cheeky seemed like a better option 2010-03-03 01:32:00

Send it to me - I've got Photoshop CS3 on my laptop.

EDIT: lol - or Sara - we're both in the same business.

I can help too...!! Choose me!!

Seriously, as warlord_evil said, the magic wand is the more easy way for a quick result.

But there's a lot of different other ways depending on the picture, the elements you want to isolate,
and how clean you want it to be. But that would be a little hard to explain for me...
