What levels are you playing that are in a series and anticipating

Archive: 9 posts

What levels are you playing that is in a series and has you anticipating for the next levels in this series and it has to have a story/plot to it plus may or may not have a epic feeling in your when you think about how the story will concluded. Some fine examples are The Tribe Trilogy or the Mars Attacks series or even, the best example of them all, LittleBigPlanet Central: The Game ( Launch date unknown) All I know is that LittleBigPlanets finest community members are all involved or referenced in this very long story. For the official trailer visit www.Littlebigplanetcentral.com..... never mind, that's the wrong website link.
Anyway, hope to get some comments soon.

Hmm, that's an interesting question. Sure there's a lot, but the main one that comes to mind is hallm3's new story mode.2010-03-03 00:15:00

The following are fantastic:

Julesyjules Star Wars err.. etc
Ungreth's Gothic Reverie levels
LittleBigApocalypse
MrSuperComputer's Zepher Valley (now that 2 is out!)
CompherMC's Aperture Science
And of course...... CuzFeeshe's Splat Invaders series! (shameless plug....)

Not really a series (more of a huge single game spanning levels), but I'm REALLY looking forward to Jagrevi's Ama Torre game.

Like Ccubage mentioned, LittleBigApocalypse is a very good series, that i believe is 21 levels long. The creator is in the process of making an animation as well.

Morgana25's Chroma Stone Chronicles are fantastic, gorgeously designed and very fun to play.
MrsSpookyBuz's Hyper Cube levels (if they can be considered a series ) are a lot of fun.
Its hard to forget Wexfordians The Good, The Bad, and the Sackboy trilogy, which took the cool pages by storm.
You already mentioned the work of Gruntos, his backtracking and secret hunting always entertain.
I really loved Korndawwg's levels... but i believe he deleted them, so unfortunately you won't be playing them

Those are a few off the top of my head, but there are certainly quite a few series out there!

EDIT: I guess i misread, these series are actually finished (at least as far as i know ) Though i'd love to see more ;p
