It's getting kind of annoying and it makes the site look repetitive and boring. I think that instead of seeing "Community Spotlight" and "Creator Spotlight" All the way down the page there should be either a screenshot of the level in question or a picture of the creator's avatar or sackboy.

They could make it so with creator spotlight the creator being interviewed picks a picture that they know people will easily be able to recognise them by without having to find it? If that's what you meant by a picture of there avatar or sackboy?

seeing "Community Spotlight" and "Creator Spotlight" All the way down the page What? Where are you seeing this? If you mean the announcement boxes that appear, you can just dismiss them and they never come back (until there is a new spotlight).

I am guessing he means on the Home page. All Official News items are shown in the Top Stories list.
