"Memoir" Series (Conceptual) ***With Video

Hey guys, I've been absent from posting for a long time, but I've seen the changes to the site over the past few months, and I've been keeping up with certain developers and levels, and I'm excited to show you guys my current level project. I've tentatively titled it the "Memoir" Series, and knowing the definition of memoir may help you guys with understanding it.

BUT, I originally created it as a multi-path level; now, though, I will construct it into a series. I've had much beta testing and feedback, and negative criticism so far has been direction/goal of the level. And so I will certainly address that. But, as noticed in the following video, the level is more of an experience rather than a challenging platformer or puzzle level, say. But I do plan to incorporate more gameplay elements later.

I'd appreciate feedback, though, and I accept criticism, as that is how I improve. Note that what you see in the video is mainly just conceptual and aesthetic design rather than a complete level. Thanks!

(I appreciate ratings/comments/subscriptions to my channel. You will notice that I have been a level reviewer in the past. This may continue in the future, but for now I stick to gameplay commentary and what not.)

Oh, and if you guys are curious, I may go continue with level reviews or showcases on my channel, but I'm not certain of that yet. Anyway, any feedback is welcome. I don't want to sound too rude asking for comments, but I am somewhat anxious to see how the community here feels about the project.2010-02-28 16:06:00
