More and more complaining threads (all of them pretty much about the same thing) are popping up, and I am confused about all of them. THE RATING SYSTEM You want a better one. How better can it get? And besides, it shows what people think of the level without going to comments. You can always just ignore a level. I mean, who plays a level based on how many stars it gots? MY LEVEL ISN'T FAMOUS WHAAA Really, this one is stupid. You expect out of the blue, your original level, with nothing like it. How do you think bomb survivals get popular? Someone plays a bomb survival, likes it, and searches for another bomb survivals, thus opening them up to all the bomb survivals in LBP. Your level though, is nothing like other levels and thus, commonly used words won't find it. Besides, would you rather your level be played thousands of times, but be not fun, or have it be original and fun, but barely played at all? THE COMMUNITY SUCKS Ok, listen up. Not every game is full of the SAME people. If everyone was mature, nice, etc. where would all the fun be? Besides, when a community grows so huge, it becomes out of control (ROBLOX for example.). But, all that matters is that THEY are having fun. I mean, video games are for fun. If you hate Cool Pages, (re)play levels by good authors you know, and use the 'Find more like this...' button. H4H Imagine this. Your around 8 years old. You get a PS3 and with it, LittleBigPlanet. You soon discover trophies. You make a level and it isn't discovered. You really want to win something, so you ask for help. If you think about it, H4H is actually a nice thing. Someone needs help getting a trophy, so they ask people to heart them, and thus they will heart you back. You don't even have to agree! Besides, you can always ignore them. HATERS/TROLLS IGNORE THEM. They WANT you to be angry. ____ Seriously, stop the complaining or atleast keep it to one thread. This happened to another forum I used and then things went BAD.

I completely agree. We have lived through this stuff since the game's launch so I don't get why so many people are complaining now.. But I do admit they really have to sort out that heart glitch with other people's hearted levels list etc.

Indeed. The question really is "what purpose does this thread serve"? If there has already been a thread on that subject, or it's simply an excuse to vent your frustration on everyone else, then maybe don't post it. If you think it may serve some purpose or lead to interesting discussion, then go right ahead. The majority of the complaints threads run along the line of: Waaaa, I'm really annoyed about <insert fact that everyone is well aware of and has been covered multiple times> Oh that stuff really gets to me, it's so annoying I agree. Aww come one now, I know all this stuff can get to you but look on the bright side. <insert generic counter / lifter-upper that we have all heard as many times as the complaint in the OP> Nothing new comes of most of these threads. They are not leading to a solution, or to change, there is normally nothing proactive in them or indeed anything even vaguely interesting. In most cases, the best result you can hope for is to demoralise a number of people and the worst is actually to exacerbate the issue at hand.

But yeah, these types of threads are not going to go away, and it's highly unlikely that people will search for old threads when seeking somewhere to vent their frustrations. They exist because people like to know they are not alone in their grief. Well, you're not, but most of us have already learned to accept the things we cannot change and continue about our business. Yeah, just Play, Create, and Share everything else doesn't really matter in the end! Exactly! I play LittleBigPlanet to have fun, not waste valuable hours of my life hating! Sure, some things DO deserve hating (stealing and not giving credit, but you CAN keep that to one friends), but some don't, like the rating system or bomb survivals. We are suppose to make what WE want, and if we want to make bomb survivals, well I think we should be able to without getting flamed at.

You really want to win something, so you ask for help. If you think about it, H4H is actually a nice thing. Someone needs help getting a trophy, so they ask people to heart them, and thus they will heart you back. You don't even have to agree! Besides, you can always ignore them. I think the reason people don't like H4H is because it discourages (probably not a word ) people, making them think "I don't need to create a good level, because I'll just H4H to get popular". If I saw a really good level that I'd heart anyway and it said 'H4H' on it, I probably would.
