Film effects.

Now this would be just like a camera but instead of altering the angle you see sackboy this would alter the way you see him. There would be different effects like 1900's style effect or comic book. I think this would really help in levels that want to showcase a flashback or just a movie like experience.2010-02-24 08:08:00

Or even if they took that and made it a dlc where it would be under the global lighting configs. You could give your levels even more of a unique feel, sepia for old west, black and white with lots of film scratches for an old horror type. Even have a tool that could change the effects as the player went through the level.2010-02-24 08:32:00

I would love a cell-shading filter. That would be the best thing. Evar.2010-02-25 23:49:00

Wonderful idea. I'd like to see an editable sobel, or maybe some snow and rain type weather effects. That could even go in another thread. Did they have weather effects in the PS3 version?2010-02-26 01:47:00

This would open up so many possibilities for some great looking levels.
