How do I cut out stickers?

| For a level I am making I need to make a cutout of a picture of my sackboy. I stuck the picture to the material, but how do I cut it out? Do I slowly use the circle? Do I use the corner editor? I don't know but it seems like there is an easier way than this. So: What material will the pic best show up on? How do I cut it out to the shape of the sackboy?
