I want to have this item grabbable so I can drag it to a certain point of my level, but it seems to be too small to be dragged? If I make it any bigger it doesn't even look like what it should be. If there's no way to fix this, I guess I could just make the whole item grabbable instead of that one piece, but that might be a bit of a hassle.

But,... The easiest way to make a grabbable object that looks small and can still be grabbed is to glue things to it. You could glue invisible thin layer material to the back of it.
