We all know about the minis on the PSP and PS3, and i'm sure we all share a common hatred from the price of them ?4 for tetris here you go have it for free http://www.freetetris.org/welcome.html Anyways most of you might know that its minis month this month on the European stores, not sure about america, well here is the list of price cuts, (Available until the 4th of March) Tetris (was – ?3.99/€4.99 now – ?3.49/€3.99) Sudoku (was – ?3.99/€4.99 now – ?3.49/€3.99) Bowling 3D (was – ?3.99/€4.99 now – ?3.49/€3.99) Yetisports Pengu Throw (was – ?2.49/€2.99 now – ?1.74/€1.99) Red Bull X-Fighters (was – ?3.99/€4.99 now – ?3.49/€3.99) Let’s Golf (was – ?3.99/€4.99 now – ?2.49/€2.99) Stand O’Food (was – ?3.99/€4.99 now – ?3.49/€3.99) Spot the Differences (was – ?2.49/€2.99 now – ?1.24/€1.49) 50P off a game that was already way overpriced does not put it at a good price i'm sorry SONY. On a lighter note some of you may have heard about the new Mini, from the guys that brought us Gravity Crash Justaddwater have announced Vektar Beat, They are trying to promise us a new PSP gaming experience for the price of ?1.50 Lets hope they can pull it off and hopefully other developers will follow suit and lower the prices on the PSP minis.

?4 isn't exactly anything at all... I do agree with that, but the fact that quite a few of the minis are actually redesigned iPhone games, which would usually cost about 59p, is why some people think it is a rip off.

Yeah thats the main reason that its a ripoff, Sony has a policy i believe that minis have to be price between ?1 and ?4 that being said most of the games that are put on the minis status are 70p on the iphone so why should we have to pay ?4 when someone else can get it for 79p. I bought flower this week off the store when it was on offer, that price is way below the price of a mini. Yetisports Pengu Throw a flash game thats been on the internet for years why would i pay ?2.50 for it. If i looked about i could probably find a flash portal with that game on it.

Actually you can get most of these games or variants as flash games, which work on OFW for free...so...yeah.

I imagine its due to the high costs for making things on ps3. You have to pay to get your game rated (not Sony) and with a smaller potential market it makes sense to charge more.

I bought tetris when it was 4,99€, and I would say that I don't regret it. That version of tetris is really good. Of course you can play freetetris, but it's not the same. The minis version has so much more to offer, and personally I can't stand versions where you can't drop the blocks.
