Notification Bug

| In the top-right of the screen, there's always your user name, your last visit, and if something has happened since you last arrived at LBPC, there will be a notification line, where clicking it creates a drop-down detailing the specific notifications received. When you view it, it disappears. We all know about it, right? Well, I have a problem with it. Recently, I got a profile visitor message. So I read it, and then went to another page. It still labeled it as unread. So I checked it again. Well, in short, no matter what I did, be it reading it innumerable times, logging out and back in, or just waiting for a day, it's still there. And I've had more of these messages, which added upon the others, and they disappeared from the notifications area once read, but this one just doesn't go away. It's not really annoying, it's just kinda offsetting. Because I keep thinking something happened, and it didn't. And I really don't get annoyed easily at all.
