first bit of feedback is to use [IMG] tags rather than [URL] tags for your images. You can also embed videos directly without linking. Related searches on youtube is a complicated algorithm that you cannot change explicitly. It's based on a combination of things, including videos watched together by the community, matching words in the title, descriptions, and tags, and even similarities in usernames if it can't find matches based on the prior criteria. My suggestion would be to fix the typo ("Airrow") in the video title first - that might be pulling up all those Sikh related vids.
