Taking Quality Pictures?

| Hey guys, I wondered how you got high quality LBP pictures for your Avatars, profile pics, etc. I took a few with my phone, but as you see from my avatar, it isn't great quality. Is there a way you can directly upload pictures you have taken from ingame, or do you take them just with your camera?
