Sorry if there is a thread like this but, April Fool's day takes place on the first of April all over the world. I live in Australia so it isn't so bad but I get "A pinch and a punch for the first day of the month, no returns!" I'm sure there are people out there who have it much worse than me. I, however have thought of a solution that could make April Fool's Day haters feel better! What about an 'April Fool' Costume? Your sackboy could have a three pointed hat with little bells on the end, pointed boots with little bells on the end, and the shirt with the little ruffled edges, he could also have a staff with a mini sackboy head on the end with a three pointed hat. What do you think? Most of the other holidays got free costumes, plus I would really love the hat (It could be used for Dimento from Super Paper Mario and Harleen Quinzel (Harleyquin)) For colours, I was thinking red and green, or purple, but I could always stick stickers over it so I don't really care about the colour. Just so you know, I submitted this thread early so hopefully Media Molecule would get my idea, like it, and do it (Unlikey, but worth a try). Other Major Holidays without Costumes: *New Year's Day (Not counting Chinese New Year) *Mother's Day *Father's Day *Easter (Okay, we already have a bunny outfit, but maybe an easter basket or chocolate egg?) *Boxing Day (I'm not even sure what this holiday is about) *Olympics (Well not really a holiday, but a global event)

Boxing Day (and Black Friday while we're at it) is when a whole bunch of american people fight their way through a Wal-Mart at 7 O'Clock so they can get 50% off on something. Yeah... kinda lame. I don't think you would want any costume based on it.

I like this idea. I also want a pancake day costume. I mean who doesen't want to be a pancake sack? Or a Pansack? Or Sackcake (but that seems to much like a cake). But there could be Pancakeboy. Lots of possible names that i could go on for hours saying...

Man I hate getting those pinch and a punch fo the first day of the month (Yes I live in Australia too), except when some says 'no returns' I just do it to them twice, that'll teach them that they can't control ME!!! Oh yeah, back on topic. That April fools costume sounds really cool, I can see my sackboy now, running around, bells jingling, slapping other sacks into spikes, oh the memories I could have with this costume.

Etc. well I go.... me: pinch and a punch for the first of the month, no returns! robin: It's the twenty-first! me: oh... but how would it help? does it help by giving you the joy of the new costume, because sackboy can't jump out of the TV, hop on a bus, run to your school/workplace and hit them over the head with one of his cute little frying pans!

Well I think I actually read the "Don't send us ideas thing," and forgot about it. Oh well, they could still do it, just use different stuff. I mean I bet they got lots of stuff saying "Do a Metal Gear Solid Pack, do a Sonic Pack, etc...." And yes, the costume is to give you a reason to look forward to the day. EDIT: And it says ideas for games, so it may mean a whole new game (like a new game, not one already out), not just a costume or level. I think you're allowed to submit costume ideas becuase we don't own sackboy, MM does so it wouldn't infringe on copyright laws. But then again, it may mean what whoever it was said earlier.

Boxing Day is the day after Christmas Day (26th December) If Media Molecule did make an April Fools costume, I'd hope it would in fact turn out to be an April Fool stunt in itself. I'm sure everyone would see the irony in that, and not get all narked off about it

Well it doesn't look like there's going to be an April Fool's Day costume, not this year anyway. Normally they release holiday costume at least a week before the holiday/event. Oh well. I have my own hand made Harley Quinn Costume...
