New Donation Manager!

| We've just finished installing a new donation manager for LBPCentral. It's a bit more welcoming and easy-to-use than our old setup, and it should make the concept of Donor Status more clear since that information is now clearly displayed. Plus, it allows us to offer Subscriptions to those that want to donate on a regular basis. Each $5 donation would add a month to their status. So if they have three months left and they begin doing monthly $5 donations, then they will always have three months left - e.g. it would not begin depleting until they canceled their subscription.
