i need help, i pre-ordered a game on Gamestop.com and decided i don't want it anymore, but i can't find a cancel order button, is it possible?

Yes, I once canceled a preorder for World at war. (A family member bought me a copy as suprise) I put a 5 dollar deposit down. I no longer had the reciept. But they keep your information in thier computer base. I actually went into the store to get my 5 dollars back. And had no issues. You did online. Hope this helps.
