Home    Introductions    Introduce Yourselves

Hey all.

Been a member here for a little while. Haven't posted anything as of yet though.

Figured an introduction would be the way to go.

I'm a Graphic Design Student in his late 20's from Minneapolis. I love how I can use my schooling to really shape an atmosphere of a level. Its really a powerful tool and I love working with it and at it to make myself better.

So far a full on level has escaped me (besides my first.. which i don't really count) but have put out a couple of things that I'm really proud of. The first being a mechanical fortune teller that will completely randomly generate one of twenty-one fortunes. The second and my latest is a survival challenge based on a few works by Edgar Allen Poe the bulk being based on The Pit and The Pendulum.

I joined the site because I love the quality of levels that are put out by those of you on here and I know I could learn a lot.. and hopefully help out with my trained eye. I'm very detail oriented and love giving and getting reviews. Your series of tech levels are very impressive in look, function, and usefulness. Being that I kinda fudged all of my tech and figured it out on a case by case basis I found it a incredible resource and I learned quite a bit. So thank you for that and see you around the planet.

Welcome! Glad ya made it!

I like your level concepts! Sounds great and would love to check them out. Feel free to post them in the Level Showcase! Have always been a Poe fan! Your fortune teller might go well in the Object Showcase.

Let us know if you have any questions!

Have fun!

Thanks for the heads up. I'll go and take some screen shots of Zoltar and post it later on tonight. Poe has a F4F thread now too. Would love to hear your opinions on it. Thanks. 2010-02-10 16:28:00

Awesome. Thanks Fender. I assume you play guitar? (Or maybe just a big fan of car parts ) I play a telecaster myself. Hope you like the levels.
