LBL PSP Level of the Week

Hidy Ho Sackfolks! Over on the LittleBigLand Blog (http://www.littlebigland.com/) we have been doing a feature to show off some of the best LBP PSP levels that are not getting the attention that they deserve. These levels do not need to be levels that were released in the recent week, all we are looking for is excellent levels that most people may not have heard about.

If you know of any great levels, please either post here or PM me, and I will give them a try. This DOES NOT require you to sign up for another site, we are just trying to raise the awareness for awesome community levels

This level is seriously incredible. It's brand new, and it's the first level by this author, but it is the first level on LBP PSP that comes anywhere close the looking as visually impressive as Jeffcu28's Zen, plus, just like Zen, it is very fun to play and has many unique aspects!		2010-04-03 04:17:00

Thanks for the reply I'm glad that you found the feature. The goal is to bring attention to awesome levels that may have been overlooked, so as more and more people find it, hopefully these awesome levels will get more attention.

Some of the levels that were picked ended up getting popular (i.e.: Trapped Transition), but most never made it that high on highest rated.

Awesome! Shining light on unknown Creators is a good way to give to the Community!

This is what Mm is trying to do on LBP PS3 with the Cool Pages, but sadly, the pages are being abused.

Thanks, Poo! I am very glad that my level became level of the week! I worked on it during many hours and of course it became much better after you, Taffey and jeffcu28 advices on beta version. During my work on this level I had two corrupted level versions and I had to create some parts from the beginning. But I finished it and must say, that it was very fun and interesting to creating this level. And I am very glad that my work received high rating from players.

BTW, Poo, in your post about my level on LittleBigLand.com there are many pictures, that looked as spoolers for four bird key switch. It doesn't really bid deal imho, but some players can use it as help for quick passing through the level.		2010-04-26 10:57:00

Oops! I guess that it has been too long since I have played Story Mode, because I didn't realize that those bats were from story mode. I did know where everything else that you mentions was from though.

Trust me, if your levels were not so popular, than you would have been Featured loooooooooooong ago. I guess that Metroid could have been picked, but that level was pretty old even when Level of the Week was started.

Hidy Ho B3! Seeing as MrsSpookyBuzz has done no advertising for the level, I think that it would be very easy for someone to overlook it.

If you are correct and the level has been published for a very long time, then it certainly has very few plays (only 120!), and that alone should warrant a level of the week seeing as it is a really good level. I would have never even known the level existed if it wasn't for our recommendation thread.

So, sorry if you thought it was a bad pick, but in my opinion it is one of my better ones because it is relatively unknown and it is really good.		2010-07-07 14:40:00

Though it might not always work out, I would actually prefer the Community Spotlight and Level of the Week not to overlap with levels, so I am happy that I could pick one that I am not anticipating being on the spotlight.

Honza's level was great, and I absolutely loved it! I couldn't really find a single thing not to like :-) I just had MrsSpookyBuz's level picked out already and I'm very much expecting Honza's incredible level to be spotlighted anyway, so why double expose it?
