The other night I sabotaged an experimental hover vehicle that rtm was busy building, by sneaking up and glueing a rack of spikes to the pilot seat. I must admit, it really gave me an evil little buzz and his reaction was most amusing. So, anyone else played practical jokes on their friends in create mode? Well, let's hear about it then!

Dec 20th: 6:00-Plops down bomb-shooting railgun to destroy cruise boat. Dec 20th: 6:15-Inserts glitched bomb emmiting landmine next to checkpoint. Dec 20th: 6:23-Spams swimming sackboys with sack-seeking torpedos. lol. Ok, here are genuine ones: I put a decapitated cat into my friend's scoreboard as a level completion prize. (He didn't notice until a week after he published it lol.) I took a picture of myself and put it on the picture list of the amazing creators of Sackbeard's Booty. I put an invisible gas wall in front of the scoreboard of my friend's shark survival and he thought something was wrong with the shark, lol. I replaced the rock staircase in one level with a glitched rock glass staircase that only looked like rock.

lol well when my friends go brb i pul out a premade foreground box of dm and spawn it around them then lethalizing it XD keep it selected so that they cant, also i go around catching small objects on fire and when they find them later they ask"...did you do that??" "do what?" XD

Hehe showing glitches to new LBP creators is always fun. Once i built an invisible DM wall at the end of a friends first level, and he was freaking out pretty hard before i fixed it for him lol. He got me back though... o.o tweaked one of my pistons (a very important one) in a level i was building, and i didn' t notice till it was too late. Lots of stuff broke and it took a good couple of hours to fix it back up. He didn't realize how much trouble a simple tweaked piston can cause, and was very apologetic after but boy did I ever learn my lesson

I like to make a bomb or block of stone out of site directly above someones creation, so when then play.... C:< that or sticking the 'Dirt' sticker just once somewhere on things, its usually very hard to spot

My friend was using my "Flexible Buddy" characters, and he was adding blood, and running them over in a jeep... I spawned a huuuuuuge one in mid air, and it squished the jeep, and destroyed it! Oh, and remember to always capture a friend's object before sabotaging it. If it's a really big deal, you can just pace it again.

I'm probably one of the worst for messing about in OC my favourite is getting a fish sticking a rocket on it with full boost and emiting it at 0.1 (with the emitter well hidden) then they get really confused as to where all the flying fish are coming from. Then when they go to look for it quickly delete the emitter and act innocent

I remember screwing around with the BOTH of yahs (Incinerator & Kernel). With Incinerator, I tend to sticker everything pink and grab at random buttons when playing. As with Kernel, the last time we met he made a FRICKIN' BOMB SURVIVAL outta my steamboat. Aaand, both of them have blasted apart my inventions with bombs, encased me in boxes, spawned annoying "LOL"-emitters (which render you useless INCINERATOR) and even got their friends to chain me underwater (in boxes, again). You two are lucky that I haven't broken out my Crazy Frog CDs yet. Though other than those two (and littlebigdude)... I'm usually alone...

In this noob's level, I took out my custom SMG that shoots missles, and I put a tetherless jetpack.... and well... let's just say most of his stuff looked like swiss cheese when I was through. Oh and then I got kicked after. LOL Oh in create mode with my friend, I made a car, made a copy and said, "Here make you're own" I left to take a dump. I came back and his car was just blank with the words "Fumo Suks" on it. Anyway we started the race but I realized too late that he made the rocket use full power. BUT because his car was made of cardboard, him and his car flew out of control into the air and somehow he got squished. LOVE KARMA

My little brother made an awesome object once and snuck it into a friends level during OC, my brother matched the box with the rest of the chests in his level. Well we played through it and as our friend was telling us how the level's story was going to play out he reached the trick chest my brother placed. Without missing a beat he grabbed it, the lid flipped back and an electrified boxing glove shot out and popped him. It had a magic mouth that said: "Kiss that Ace goodbye!" The sheer sound of him shrieking when it came out was too much for us. He could hear us on the mic practically dying from laughter, he kicked us out the moment we went back to create. lol

My favorite punishment is using a portable player prsion from My deathmatch level. I just place the prison over someone head, tell them, "Hey, let me show you something, spawn a jetpack in, and unpause. They are now trapped. Even if they were to go into to hover mode, they'd still be trapped. Another fun thing to do is spawning in giant smiling Pinnaples that ask "This loves you?", along with enemies from my first level (especially flightless missiles).

A few sound effects and magic mouth sounds took another day or two to find and the "best" part was the aced item gift you put... that one made it to 5 days into it being published when people started asking what the ace gift was on the comments section........ :kz: And yes, claptonfann was nice enough to help me hunt for them as was jwwphotos I much prefer Comphermc's duckies to actual changes done to levels.... just seems mean sometimes (even though it's not intended that way)

Well, every time I have done it, no one notices what I'm doing, and..., they don't bother breaking free. It would seem smart that they would make such an attempt, but they don't. Once, one person figured rolling the prison ball along the ground would help, but no. They were trapped helplessly. Oh, and if they tried to escape, I'd just trap them again hehehe

I haven't spent enough time in Online Create for many stories, but back in the Online Create beta, i did spend a few minutes here and there. I enjoyed building a large, oversized "stinky" sign, with an attached arrow, while Zwollie was busy at work on his masterpiece. I stuck the sign up above him as he worked, and meanwhile hung out underneath the "Cool" sign. But yeah, I gotta say, you really gotta draw the line between being cute and being troublesome with this sort of stuff. Funny one-time pranks are one thing, but if you're permanently hiding easter eggs in a level that the creator wouldn't want in there... I mean this is people's masterworks we're talking about here! So I suggest a few golden rules for pranking in OC. 1. Don't do a prank that might be a nuisance to the other creator(s). 2. If you find yourself in rtm223's level with him, cover every surface with fish and eyeball decorations as fast as you can. I think if we all follow these two rules, online create will be a better place overall for approximately 9 out of 10 LBP gamers.

My friend built this "Level Destroyer" All it is is an Emitter with loads of invisible complicated shapes in it. lol Then the levels thermo will go through the roof! The fuuny thing even if they had deleted the emitter, they can never find the shapes.

I don't get to go online to create with others much, but lately i have been helping out a friend i recently bought a copy of lbp for get the hang of it. Once he was messing around with some floaty material and not paying attention, so i changed it to sponge and made him fall. I also enjoy rotating a long straight piece of wood and hitting him with it, like a baseball bat. The first time i did it i tricked him into walking up it, lifted it quickly popping him into the air and then spun it sending him flying away.

lol - yep it's all true. I like to think the pranks are the equivalent of pig tail pulling in the playground. I try and remember they do it out of a sense of fun and friendship. let's see... trapping them in a foreground glitched box to prevent them from getting out in or out of hover mode, changing the ground to electricity when somebody was walking on it, putting my friend in a box and shrinking it to crush them and placing a big wall of horrible gas to prevent my friend from escaping a giant monster that was chasing him. oh and also a maade a spinning circle suspended in the air that emmitted boots with "noob for sale" written on them.

Yesterday, loey1884 got his own back for the fart noises. We are working on a level, and in a bit of the dialoge, it shows a ufo that has crashed. It worked fine the first time, and was ver good. The second time we tested it, it wasn't. We tested the level and all was going well, until it shows the ufo. Which had a duck with an udder on it I lol'd, then fixed it.
