This is somethign i have been working on for a long time now i recently released it as a beta but i think there wearnt many bugs so it is ready for a full release, the idea is to generate a name for your level if you can't think of one. There is a trailer on youtube with instructions on hwo to use it so folo this link to find out how. "To hello someone" is a working sentence, isn't it? Wouldn't this tool be better as Web-based tool? Maybe in PHP?

No, it's not. In German you wouldn't say "Ich halloen Sie," you'd say "Ich grusse Sie" (grusse? I think? from gruss dich?). Same in English. You can say "I greet you," and "to greet someone" works. But 'hello' is not a verb.
