I don't know if this has been suggested before, but I really, really, REALLY want Mm to implement this feature Creating is time consuming, tedious and very quiet work. I've got lots of music on my ps3 and I think it would be awesome if we could play this music in the background while in create mode. Maybe an in game "pause music" button too, since we often have to test if sound effects are working properly, songs are starting when they should, etc. Sure we could fix this with a simple radio or some headphones, but it'd still be nice to have, especially for music lovers like myself. It would take but a simple patch to fix and would make creating all the more fun! Whose with me?!

Umm, this was actually implemented a while ago. I forgot how to do it though. Someone will be around shortly to probably give you a step by step guide. Or you can explore and find out yourself!

I think you go into the audio section of your start menu, and you can find a music player there. This works in your pod too, and it will always play, except for when you play in a level.

Woah.. you guys just blew my mind. thanks so much I just tried playing it from my hard drive like you can in most other games that support audio. never thought of going into the audio menu. o.o Big fail on my part lol, thanks!

And I bet it's way worse than that. Most people probably don't know the functions of the search either the "@ psn name" and things like that.

Well the search functions is on the moon so they have no excuse for that one I was one of them untill I found this forum, so I totally agree. Well thats the thing this forum and others around us include a small proportion of lbp players, so not everyone gets the news.

There's a heck of alot of stuff that I didn't know before I joined these forums. Like how in the corner editor you can skip between points using the L1 and R1 buttons. I couldn't believe I didn't know that when I first found out.
