if you mean Hero as in fists of Plastic then it can be bought as a costume pack with 4 other costumes or on its own on the playstation store or from your pod!

Its only avaliable in the Ragdoll Kung Fu Costume set. Im the same, I only really want hero. Maybe they didnt think they'd be popular enough seperately
