Thin gas
Archive: 3 posts
Ever used deadly gas as a decorative tool (eg waterfalls) and realised that it is only half a layer thin. I'll use an example. I was making a waterfall where the fall itself was in a thin layer, and "landed" into a 1 layer thick section of gas, which you had to jump over. However. When I build the platforms to jump over, I noticed that there was a gap in the thickness of the layers, which means that the second waterfall "which was falling from the thick section" was not showing since it was covered by the 2 layer thick base. Is anyone else aware of this problem, and is it reportable because it does hamper some of my ideas I was hoping of making I know this probably doesnt make sense but if you let me know then i will try and explain in greater detail thanks, Pete1991 | 2010-01-29 19:08:00 Author: Pete1991 Posts: 225 |
It can't be half a thin layer, I reckon it's probably just a rendering issue with the gas. | 2010-01-30 00:02:00 Author: T3natrix Posts: 23 |

Sorry, what I was trying to say is that 1layer thick gas is only the thickness of half a normal material 1 thick layer if you know what I mean argh it's so hard to explain :x | 2010-01-30 14:24:00 Author: Pete1991 Posts: 225 |
