Here's a very unique musical level that is very well done: "Drum Solo by Leon Robson" by JokesOnMe I gave it 5 stars and a heart.. but I'm also a drummer so maybe that's why I liked it so much ![]() | 2010-01-29 13:04:00 Author: Powershifter ![]() Posts: 668 |
Played that level too, it was rediculous. Although the section where he goes on about how long it took to make was kinda lame. But still, a pretty iNsane level! ![]() | 2010-01-29 15:01:00 Author: BlahYourHamster ![]() Posts: 177 |
Although the section where he goes on about how long it took to make was kinda lame. Nah, that's just opinion. I usually like seeing the progress of creating levels. I appreciated it because about a year ago I had the same idea, but gave up because it was too logic intensive for me at the time ![]() | 2010-01-29 15:08:00 Author: Powershifter ![]() Posts: 668 |
It's very simple to make, I could show you if you wish ![]() | 2010-01-29 17:44:00 Author: BlahYourHamster ![]() Posts: 177 |
The Frog Chorus by Icemaiden (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=19517-The-Frog-Chorus-A-Musical-Delight-%2ASpotlighted%2A&highlight=icemaiden+frog) This level got several plays by me. I was so distracted by the amazing visual design that I had to replay it and close my eyes to hear the song. Probably the most professional music level I've seen. Very enchanting! | 2010-01-29 18:42:00 Author: Thegide ![]() Posts: 1465 |

I think it's noteworthy that if you listen close to I believe the third ( and latest?) MM podcast, Kenny mentions his long term goal for LBP which is to allow players to create their own music. -----that's how I interpret it------- I don't know what they're going to do but I'm certain that at one point in the future we'll be able to record the music we make in the game to use in our levels or something to that extent. But what I'm really hoping for are music creation tools. | 2010-02-18 17:04:00 Author: BasketSnake ![]() Posts: 2391 |

But what I'm really hoping for are music creation tools. You mean like uploading your own stuff? As if your own band has made a song, and then you will upload it. It would be really awesome, but in reality I don't think it will do. People will misuse it and upload songs of other copyrighted artists. I don't think it will be possible. | 2010-02-18 22:28:00 Author: ghik16 ![]() Posts: 311 |
