It's more then the 6 months/1 year exclusive for the content, they had almost 2 years of prelaunch hype about their consoles being the only one getting the extra content then almost 2 years after with the DLC being shown off with brags about it being exclusive so for close to 4 years of calling the content exclusive they've probably got their monies worth out of it.
