Game over screen activation
Archive: 9 posts
I have read that you can attach a switch to the normal game over scoreboard. Just to clarify does that mean that if I put a switch onto my scoreboard that gets activated, does that make all the players "warp" to where the scoreboard is or do the players have to "die" to achieve that in a similar way when u use a "pre-activated" checkpoint? Thanks | 2010-01-28 14:03:00 Author: Catseyez Posts: 68 |
Yes, all the players have to die; the scoreboard basically works as a checkpoint when you activate it via switch | 2010-01-28 14:27:00 Author: Shadowheaven Posts: 378 |
Yup.. and in fact the same question was posted just yesterday. https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=21926-Switches-and-scoreboards | 2010-01-28 15:14:00 Author: jwwphotos Posts: 11383 |

Don't you think people should pay more attention? Well.. to be honest, I didn't really mean it that way. I was poking fun as I just found it funny that it was asked twice in 2 days. He asked nicely so no harm done. He's new just like you and 'Game on screen' wasn't going to hit a duplicate thread for sure. | 2010-01-29 03:14:00 Author: jwwphotos Posts: 11383 |
Don't you think people should pay more attention? To be honest, you of all people shouldn't be the one saying that. | 2010-01-29 03:57:00 Author: Astrosimi Posts: 2046 |
If some of you people actually read my original question I said that I had read about switches elsewhere (earlier thread) - I was making a seperate post to provide me with clarification specifics which I personally thought were not answered in the earlier post - The original post lacked the specific answer I was looking for... This way I got a direct answer to a specific query. Is that ok with everyone? | 2010-01-29 09:06:00 Author: Catseyez Posts: 68 |
Yes it is okey! But in the future its better to keep it in the same thread.. Since the questions is so closely related. /mattias | 2010-01-29 10:10:00 Author: Tamland Posts: 106 |

This way I got a direct answer to a specific query. Is that ok with everyone? No problem at all! ...as tamland said, we just like to keep things concerning the same topic in the same thread. Makes it nicer for others to come along that might also have a question about this cool feature. Let us know if you have any other questions! | 2010-01-29 11:47:00 Author: jwwphotos Posts: 11383 |
