I really want a crown in LBP, but first i wanted a few pointers for what MediaMolecule likes to see in people.

Be creative, clever, and innovative in whatever. Is not that easy to get a crown; you'll have to work very hard. Make yourself stand out from the crowd, and do something really special.

Such as... Maybe somethings that promote Mm or LBP. Such as making a good level that gives LBP good reputation, something Mm can show-off. If your not good at levels, you could make them a gift (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=11220-LittleBigScrapbook-LBPC-Member-Kodymcq-Crowned), or maybe some kind of LBP video. There are also monthly competitions now, that give out crowns to the winners.

A common (and to me annoying) mistake is people think the only way to get a crown your level must be absolutley perfect in order to win a crown (Okay I'll bet none of you have heard of that here, but I get lots of comments and flame mail about it). Only about maybe 35-50% have gotten it like that. There are many other ways to get crowns. People have been very active and informative on the LBW like StevenI and Minimo. There have been some fan projects that MM really loved such as LittleBigKitsune, Sackbook and some Machinima vids. Some of the great and active creators teamed up to work on amazing fan projects such as LittleBigContra, the LBPC Logic Pack. And of course there are the contests, there now a bunch out there from various sites and such but the downside to those are there are only 1 crown per contest aka. the 1st place person (LBPC doesn't really count since its 2 crowns but 1st place regardless) There was a topic on LittleBigWorkshop that had all the current contests. but I think its a little outdated, cause I don't remember once seeing LBPC's contest... There hasn't been an official MM contest since March (almost 1 year) and those always had at least 5 crowns (there were no places, just the best 5, last contest had 20, 10 NA, 10 EU) I was a bit lucky from the originality of my entry. I guess its like being in a pie contest and everyone made apple pies and you made a cherry that wasn't as well made as the apples (no offense to you apple and cherry pie lovers ) And now we can add being extremely helpful on fansites as well with Morgana!

Well, to be honest i have like no rep on this site, so thats out of the question... Remember that rep here is not the same as deserving a crown. That said, earning a crown shouldn't be your motivator. If you deserve one, it'll find its way to you... Excuse my stupidity... but what exactly is a crown in LBP? It's a costume piece that can only be obtained from Media Molecule itself. You can see it in my signature.

yup a crown is a sign of success and greatness and innovation (or making a cake -.-), you don't "work your way up to" one, like comph said it finds you
