Evil Ducks
Archive: 23 posts
Ive been playing around with different creature/enemy ideas for little big planet levels.. For some reason Ive been set on making a level with evil robot ducks (no idea why) ha ha anyway here's a quick 3-D sketch i did.. http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/littlebiggallery/images/435/medium/1_evilduck.jpg After i finished him i realized he looks allot like the evil duck toy from Nightmare Before Christmas so I'll probably modify him and give him one wheel instead of two to make him a little different.. | 2008-09-28 05:31:00 Author: Coaryanthes Posts: 21 |

Wow. That's really good. Maybe you could throw some red in there. Also, how would you get to the brain? Jump on the bill, then the back? | 2008-09-28 05:34:00 Author: Unknown User |
thanks Whaaaaale Wow. That's really good. Maybe you could throw some red in there. Also, how would you get to the brain? Jump on the bill, then the back? You brought up a good point about the brain, Id probably make these guys pretty small so that with a high enough jump would get you on the back... "although I'm not sure how high sackboy can jump" or add platforms above where these guys are placed so you'd be able to get above and drop down on them. :^) | 2008-09-28 05:45:00 Author: Coaryanthes Posts: 21 |

If you did that platform drop down idea, it really wouldn't be an enemy. You'd have to be really retarded to get hurt by that enemy. Just do the bill idea. Make them small enough so that you can jump on the bill, and make the main body out of a denser material that can support the shift of weight when the Sackboy/girl is on the bill. | 2008-09-28 05:53:00 Author: Unknown User |

That's true, maybe i could make the head lower and raise so you'd have an easier chance (or possibly more difficult depending on the speed of the raising and lowering) to jump onto the bill, maybe it would also give you a bit of a boost to clear the spikes on the back of the head if you were standing on the bill and jumped just as it raised it head | 2008-09-28 06:05:00 Author: Coaryanthes Posts: 21 |

You just gave me an idea for your idea. You could also use this head motion for more. Let's say the duck is moving towards you. Rather than killing it right away, you could wait for it to advance to another area. Then you could use its boosting of the head to get to a secret area! | 2008-09-28 06:11:00 Author: Unknown User |
