Seeing as how I've been "dormant" on the site for several months, and now just getting back into the swing of things, I ask of you...should I change my Marvin avatar for something fresh/new/low profile/timid/intimidating/par/downright skeery/absurd? I'm thinking something else galactic in proportion, but there is so much to choose from, and it will be difficult finding a replacement for the likes of Marvin. Please help if you can, or just drop me a line here to say hi and welcome back. Rick

Depends on your perceptiopn... do you treat your avatar like your face, or your mask? Preferably, you could take the same route I took: revamping it. A simple greyscale made wonders for mine (while still keepin' it Outlaw-Jack-ish). But then again, it's your avy, your call. Change it if you want; no-one's stopping you. It's your choice.

Some great comments, as usual, from the legends. It's great to hear from all of you. I do like Marvin...he's not a facsimile, just an icon that is representative of my superior intellect, wit, incredible charm, and incredibly charming superior intellect. Our speech pattern is also very similar...sometimes...infrequently. And Syroc, you are missing out on a level of entertainment that avatars provide, and a glimpse into the phsycological makeup of at least 1400 active members:h ero::eek::blush::kz::arg::star:. It's a shame I say...shakes index finger of right hand at Syroc. Good to hear from you again though. Soooooo, Marvin it is, at least for the near term.
