the day lbp died

Archive: 16 posts

you guys remember, last year, when lbp shut down for at least a day? there was no online play, no creating, and no decorating... only sitting lonely... in your pod.

that day i was making a really big level with the newest pack i had gotten (the mgs pack), and it kicked me out.... i saved... but it did not work... all was lost.

i think this should be a day to remember... anyone agree? (this might have only happened in america)

not only did it erase the level i was making.... but all my levels on my moon, and some of my non-hearted content.

I'm in America. This neither happened to me, nor have I ever heard of it before.

It happened. I remember it happening and getting in touch with others on this site and getting PSN messages that said "Is LBP down for you too?". I'm also surprised that very few remember it. It may have been when I was publishing Splat Invaders II, because I remember being really irritated. But, it wasn't for long and everything continued on afterwards, so it may not have been a big deal.2010-01-22 23:58:00

I remember it being down for quite awhile at some point, but don't recall the date nor the length of the outage offhand. You could still create though. Just work offline!2010-01-23 00:34:00

Lots of games shut down their servers from time to time. So no, not a day to remember. Its a day to celeberate living through the cold darkness of onlineness!2010-01-23 03:20:00
