If "laugh" was implemented in LBP as a deadly hazard, that'd be possible. However, I don't thing this guy would make for a decent boss, since it doesn't look like he can do any harm but to himself. It'd be rather boring ! But maybe he could be your new boss, Mrsupercmp. I can imagine him dressed as a sky pirate while swinging... no, wait, I CAN'T imagine him as a boss.
