| ...you should be able to do backflips. 'Nuf said. I was at my high school's basketball game and the other team's cheerleaders could do at least 10 backflips in a row. | I prepose there is a way to practice. First. Of a high diving board. Next move onto trampolines. After that you need to move on to the edge of a low surface and land onto the ground, Ex: A sofa (Make sure to film incase of mistake.
