Make the wheels on the bottom edge of the car, but not to far down, put about 75% of the tops of the wheels over the car, take out a motor bolt and hover it near the center the wheel, the cursor should automatically snap it to the center. If your still having trouble, turn on the small grid in the start menu, make the wheel about 4 tall and 4 wide. Then take out the motor bolt, leave the grid on, and place it two spaces into the wheel up and sideways.

make sure there not too small, if wheels are very small they don't work well at high speeds.
