Logic gate question

Ok, I have an object suspended with a vertical piston. A prox switch makes the piston lower/extend. A grab switch makes it rise/retract. I need the grab switch to cancel out the prox switch, so that when the object is grabbed the piston retracts, even though sackboy is still in range of the prox which would normally lower the object. Nice one, I'll give it a go. I've just come up with a solution myself while experimenting, but I don't think it's as efficient. Basically I modified the "or" switch from the logic pack and swapped the winch for a second piston (weaker and reversed) then I rigged it all up to the three way lever switch that you sent me a while back. It works, but I'm thinking your method is much simpler and probably eats less thermo too. BTW...I've sent you the block-puzzle hint you requested. It's in sticker form. Edit: Actually I just checked again and remembered that I'd actually solved the problem without the three-way switch, so in fact it's just a modified "or" switch (two blocks, two pistons a mag key and a mag switch).
