We all know if you attach the rocket to something it flies off. I'm thinking if you could invert the rocket, it would effect things directly in the smoke, sort of like wind. It could blow things not glued down, and push sackboy away from it depending on the strength. Easy to implement surely?

Interesting... But wouldn't it be better with a wind tool instead? Reversable rockets would also have been fine, so the rockets will be able to pull and push. Anyway, I think it would have been nice with a little wind inside LBP. I am thinking about a boss, a giant beast living in lava.You must stand on a platform and fight it, and when it howls, you must resist the wind, so you will not fall into the red, hot lava.

That would be great, who knows if it would be tough to implement though. Well maybe, just maybe the next big thing after water will be wind or air/water current. I know it would be good fun to have a white water rafting level.
