| i was horrified to discover someone had gone on to my psn and changed my password. i also know the person is a complete ****** because he deleted horwitzer2 as MY friends. he has stolen my identity that i created when i got my ps3. what YOU can do... please send horwizer a message telling him to stop being an a**hole and give me my account back. i could really use your help so please. MUCH appreciated. signed THE REAL HORWITZER Update: i have tried numerous times to get it back and things seem bleak. Sony emailed me saying they are going to be calling next week to try to resolve the issue, however because i gameshared map packs for COD and lbp addons with my friend (it wasn't this guy im absolutely sure) they may penalize me and suspend my online, for how long i don't know. Anyway, i was thinking of just backing up my normal account and loading it on to my new one for lbp so i could have all the stuff. unfortunately the game does not let you do this for some stupid reason. so after that i thought i could just sign on to my new account from my normal ps3 account (switch the online for the ps3). but the ps3 won't let you do this either. So for those reasons and the obvious one that i cannot send objects if i cannot go online means that i will loose ALL of my lbp objects, including my wespe, panther, bulldozer, logic, javelin, and all of my other miscellaneous objects.  so i hope that guy who stole my account is happy, especially since i now suspect he has abandoned it and doesn't even use it and won't give it back. | 2010-01-16 02:49:00 Author: horwitzer  Posts: 255 |

| i have no idea, i only told one friend but i know as a concrete fact it wasn't him because he is not a tard and he was online at the same time my profile was. so i don't have any clue whatsoever. i hope i can kick that jerk off. its sad too he sent my other account a message saying if i wanted it back i would have to delete my account from the ps3 so he can download lbp addons, which doesn't make sense because he can even if i don't delete them. hes just a jerk. and i think he is a seven year old because the message was spelled really badly and was all in caps. | 2010-01-17 04:43:00 Author: horwitzer Posts: 255 |

| You know it was not him personally, you do not know that it was not him indirectly. Other things you should be aware of - bad passwords, bad security questions and bad email passwords (as in general, things get reset to your email address). Never give out your password to *anyone*, you do not know people, you just have an opinion of them. People are not static objects, they change. | Contacting sony would be the best thing to do. He probably hacked it by finding your email, then sending a help request to sony asking to reset your accounts password. You can use the same method to get back in, but the chance for him to hack back in is very high.
