I would, but I'm working on a project at the moment and to tell you the truth, I haven't even attempted to make music in LBP! Don't worry, you'll find someone!!

Depending on how things go, I might be able to help sometime this weekend if you still haven't found someone (don't bank on it though, I have to rely on a friend to bring his copy of the game over as I own neither a ps3 or the game. There is a good chance he will bring it over though). However, I mainly work with the piano notes as my interest in music levels is in making player pianos. That said, making music in lbp isn't terribly difficult, but does require a decent amount planning ahead (primarily getting the sheet music and deciding on how you want to translate it into the game). Also good to note, a full song can take up a very large amount of thermometer. It really depends on what you want. If you want your level to have a ton of game play, the custom song would need to be simple and possibly just small sections of the song that are looped. If you really want it to be a thematic level with a stunning song, you might have to forgo some of the game play. Search for my psn Mennenth. I only have one level currently, "U.N. Owen Was Her?". Play it and see if you'd want my help. While the song is basic, that level is overheated because of the extra logic needed for the player piano aspect. The piano can easily be removed and the whole system simplified and it would take up a ton less thermo. I am currently working on a larger, much grander player piano and another song (Septette for the Dead Princess), but it may all be in vain as I may have to simplify the song, though I have been doing all I can to make it more efficient. What song were you thinking about making for your level? I'll go ahead and do some searching for sheet music, for the piano and other instruments if I can find them.

Search “Music Box” or “oLMCo” then you should find a level called “oLMCo’s Music Box Palace” in the level there will be a My heart will go on music box (Titanic song) Hope it helps
