If I were to re-register my PS3 with a new PSN, would I lose DLC data? If I wasn't able to keep the data, in LBP would it just say I didn't own the pack?

Well, if you create a new account but keep the old one, you'd still be able to use DLC from one account on both accounts as long as it's on the same PS3. Just keep the old account but use the new one and you should be set.

Aus dem Archiv wurden alle persönlichen Daten wie Name, Anschrift, Email etc. - aber auch sämtliche Inhalte wie z.B. persönliche Nachrichten - entfernt.
