My level has been hearted and played one time, but it doesen't show up (1 h, 0 plays). And I can't find it by searching!!!

Sometimes it takes a while for the plays to show up. Unless you were the one that hearted your level? Maybe just hearted a random level to get the share trophy, would be one possibility.

Or somebody hearted it because they liked the sound of it but couldn't be bothered to play it...

I sometimes heart levels that look good just by the icon, and I plan to play them later, to judge whether I should really keep it hearted.

I sometimes heart levels that look good just by the icon, and I plan to play them later, to judge whether I should really keep it hearted. This is probably the most likely case. I bet whoever it was just hearted it so that they could play it later. I know one of my friends does that.
