Stop restarts counting as plays

| I'm fully behind Vandz idea to stop restarts counting as plays. It gives really good platformers hardly any plays as you dont have to restart them, but at the same time gives Bomb survivals and minigames loads of plays which fills the number 1 cool page with them. I'm tired of going to the cool page and finding nothing but bomb survivals or floating jumps. Stopping restarts counting as plays would eliminate this and we would see some deserving levels on the cool pages. | Yep - it has been: https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=t=20695 (https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=t=20695&highlight=restarts).
