A Concept With Epic Potential

Well, maybe not so epic.  The Story Quite a bit of mischief has been brewing ever since you completed the Story Mode. A virus has been infecting thousands of levels at a time, transforming them into ugly and uncreative headaches. All of your old friends have already been infected; Zola, Frita, and the other Creator Curators. New Curators have taken extreme measures to preserve the last bit of creativity left in this world. But what happens when the virus reaches them? It's bye-bye LittleBigPlanet! The Lands Since I have procrastinated my New Story Mode already, I thought I might make some changes. Also, The_Imagineer has agreed to work with me if we follow through with this concept. The Boardwalk Salty Sam, the next Creator Curator you meet, has always had a dream of becoming a pirate. But, since he could not find an eye patch, he did the next best thing. He created a boardwalk, which was to become the hottest vacation spot in all of LittleBigPlanet. But because of the virus, travel is almost impossible. Salty Sam needs your help to clear the area from the virus, so he can continue on creating. Be careful, some of the clowns are looking a little boring lately. The Ruins Mucius, another Curator, is worried that the recent destruction of his levels will weaken his defenses against the virus. You are to fix and repair his creations before the virus reaches The Ruins. Hurry up! It's coming fast.* The Fairytale Almost all of LittleBigPlanet is infected. The only safe place is The Gardens, where the last creativity was forced to take cover. All remaining creativity in one place? This could be trouble. The Fall of LittleBigPlanet The walls of The Fairytale were not able to hold against the deadly, uncreative virus. LittleBigPlanet is no longer made of ideas. It is made of boredom. You are the only survivor. Seconds before The King disappears, he gives you a flash drive. He tells you to travel to other worlds to regain the lost creativity. Are you ready for this? The Search for Help Carefully following the King's instructions, you find yourself in several new worlds, each more challenging than the last. You'll need as much help as you can get. The Virus Having gathered enough imagination, you make your return to LittleBigPlanet. The result is horrifying. Fighting the virus is no easy task. Catch it, and it's all over. No more LittleBigPlanet. These ideas came from both The_Imagineer and me. We'll try our best to give it an "Mm Feel". So, what do you think? This story mode? Or the old one? About the searching for help, I'm not quite sure. The_Imagineer is taking on that part. As for the virus, it's a combination of some small "Boss" fights and sticker switches. But don't worry, they won't follow the story of the game it's from, they won't be cheesy, they won't have poor quality, etc. It's a lot cooler than it sounds. | I'm happy to help. I'm better with more furturisticish stuff and my speciality is sound effects. I am however trying to broaden my horizons so i'm happy to help with any of it. Maybe one curator could be some guys from morrocco? I made a detailed moroccan themed level a while back, but I got Fail to load level so it was never finished. I'm just a newbie with no levels, but I have some interesting ideas, and I'm very creative and hardworking.If you want references, the demo for my innovative and artistic new level Invert is coming out soon. After Invert, I will be making many other ones of the same type: Memento Mori, Polymorph, Psych, Parasite, Screengrab, and Splatter, to name a few of my ideas. Would you have lots of prizes that are in the levels for people to get? And last but not least. Will I love it? Because it sound like a great plan. Oh and when is the first one going to be released? | Sounds cool! I'm doing something in a similar vein for the mini- level contest piggabling set up. The theme is gardens but something is happening, the collector is back! With this new device thingy and he is wreaking havoc, he turned the king and queen to his side and uses them as the front to his take over. | I think a nice way to end off the search for help could be all the characters you've met meeting up and kind of being a third set of creators that use abilities to battle alongside you (setting of stuff). If it is so, there is one replacement there had better be. GLaDOS replaces The Great Magician. It would so work! Teleporting is the new Emmiting! If not, I'm still playing. It. Will. Kick.
