Hi, Its me tawarf. And im just gona let it out so.... Okay so i woke up this morning watched t.v and felt like going on my ps3, but everytime i seem to go on, the screen always seems to go all red and says.... A serious error has occured. Please help me! This is ugent!(well to me) and i would relly like help on what i should do! Thanks for listening to boring me! PLEASE CAN I HAVE SOME FEEDBACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Tawarf

Hmm... Ok, turn the PS3 off with the standby button (on the front), then turn the main power switch (on the back) off. Turn that back on, then hold down the standby button. Keep holding it for ages, it'll probably beep and stuff. Just keep holding it and see what happens.

ummm... what do you mean like european or american or japanese? if so i think its japanese. im not sure but at the back of the box it had a world and a 3 next to it.

Oh! guess what? it seems that its a virus that downloadede itself oto the ps3 while playing onto the internet. and it seems that no one can fix it cause the software to stop this virus hasent even come out yet. thxs alot sony. you really brighten up my day... so im gona have to buy a new ps3 and put the hard drive in my old one to the new one to recover all my data...

A virus you say... Well thats weird, never ever heard of a virus on the ps3. If it already exist -.-; "virus that downloadede itself"... right... Just do what the "red screen"tell you: have a nice chat with the technical support for assistance, you know about the weather and such , and about the you problem of course. you can find the contact details in you lbp manuals, or ps3 manuals.

ummmm. no they said somthing about a virus by downloading or somthing... i couldent really understand his accent.... lol he said about virus downloaded from connecting to internet...

Yes. they are working on it. but thats why its unfixable. they havent released the software yet that fixes it yet... So they will eventually be able to fix it? How long is that? Cause it might be worth waiting till they fix it...
