I just thought of this, what if we get EXP if we spread the word about this site?

You kinda do get EXP for telling others. When they join, they can choose a user as to who recommended them to this site. Each recommendation you get will give you 25 EXP.

It's an interesting thought, but it would be difficult to keep track of. The best we can do (and this is already in effect) is provide bonus XP to those users who are marked as a "referral" when another user registers. Basically, if you get your friend to register on the site, you can tell him to put your username in as the referral and you'll get some bonus XP when they register and confirm their email address.
