Bouncy water

I was messing around with water [fixed my ps3 today] and I found this cool thing to mess with. At the sacrifice of having a gurgling noise you can make a throbbing motion so everything/everyone in the level bounces up and down like in a jumping castle. It's pretty easy to figure out how it works but. (http://img691.imageshack.us/img691/3254/waterj.jpg) [Horrible picture, I know =P]

It's pretty fun. I posted a level just showing it [shameless plug =P]. Some people might have tried it but I thought people who haven't might have a minute of fun with it.

Haha! This sounds fun! I think that you did put this in the right forum, there isn't really that many places to put it, since you're talking more about the concept than the level showcasing it. Tutorials maybe?2010-01-06 09:22:00

Don't quote me on this but I am pretty sure there is a function on the gwo to turn off faucet noise, which I think gets rid of the gurgling.2010-01-06 22:28:00

It still makes a weird noise. I did this the other day as well. It's almost like you can fly because you can slowly move up and down. I'm not sure it'd be practical in a level though.2010-01-06 22:31:00

So thats what the tap sound does? I guess it was pretty obvious. Using the same technique you can make a disco underwater, but I know people have done that before.2010-01-08 00:42:00
