Play as an unstable archaeologist who stumbles across unmarked ruins on an island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Jump, swing and fight for your life (and point bubbles) as you uncover the mystery of these treacherous ruins.

I have been working on this level for about 2 months and have been through the piston bug 3 times! lol.. I would love some constructive critisism and in return ill give some back but please tell me the name of the level. Also please finish the level because as of right now 1 person has finished it out of 7...

I'm playing some MW2 at the moment, but this level looks great. As soon as I switch disks I'll be jumping on this level and giving it a play or two.

If you're online LBP right now, why not play my F4F level, which is in my sig?

Mw2 is a nice game! (I have it too) Yes im on right now and starting up your level riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight now.....lol. Ill put feedback in your post.

Update:

1) Optimized the switches so they'll be more reliable.

2) Added more opportunities for point multipliers.

3) Added 2 secret/point spike areas.

4) The platforming is overall more accessible and the level is much easier to finish.

5) Did some more detail work to make it look even more appealing.

Come on guys ...Can I get some feedback plz? I worked hard on it

lol well the updated version is published now and the hard version is 4 stars but only 7 plays. I dont think you'll be disappointed. ( I didnt know you have to go to the published level and edit it to update it. So thats why I have 2 of them :blush

that was the update version how hard is the hard one??? i didnt compleet it XD i lost i think about 200 lifes
but it is a cool level. oh btw some more checkpoints would be nice and a level gate

lol ok ill add some more checkpoints and a close level gate. Question: How do you update a level with out making a whole new one?

Thx 4 making it more easy. and to update a level, when placing the badge of the new version you must place it over the old version than there's a question like "are u sure you want to publish this level over the other one?" choose "yes" and you are done!

Oh and btw i got stuck at the part with the turning circles with the spikes it is realy so freaking hard because the spikes stick out of the circle if you could replace them with by for example seting a half of the circle on fire that would make it a little bit easyer oh and i forgot to tell you that i got depresed by the bridge where i died again and again. i realy wanted to trow the controller trough the room i cant play your new version because im now at the moment not at home so i will play it maybe sunday oh and add me please so you can show me the rest of the level i didnt saw yet and maybe we can even build levels together

Update:
1) put grab switches near objects people didnt expect to grab
2) emitted platforms has a longer life
3) made certain areas easier to see
4) added 6 prizes
5) fixed and added camera angles in last 2 sections
6) 'The Bridge' as people call it is more stable
7) bright lights at end of level are less bright and scoreboard is more decorated

First, thanks to all who supported my 1st level. As of right now it has 50 hearts and over 500 plays. It was 4 stars but when it hit 500 it went down to 3 ohwell. Although that happened I am glad its on cool pages 6 or 7 right now! I didnt expect it to get that far even though only about 29 -30 parties beat it, lol. I guess some people like a challenge. Ill add you asap. I couldnt get on here because of computer broke down. Jagrevi and damaz it would be an honor if you 2 play my level and if your in the mood give me some tips for my next level. My next projects are Project: S.K.Y. and Sabre_ and me Pirate of the Carribean Pt. 2. Be on the lookout for us!

I completed it, and...
The level looks great, but it's very frustating. Sometimes I was so angry that I wished I could throw my ps3 from the window. There is difference between challenging and frustating. You should make it less punishing and painful, and more player friendly. Here's some advices.
- When a player gets to a new checkpoint, you should make it so the player can't accidentally fall and return to an older one, happened to me alot.
- Add more checkpoints in critical areas.
- That **** bridge... Make it easier to cross.
- Lesser overall punishment for player mistakes.

I give you 3 stars now, but you can improve a lot.
The level is great, but it's difficulty really hinders the replay value.

2) lol I had added more check points already. You might have to show me this one, too.
3) lol I love difficult levels, thats not impossible to do. The only way that i can make it easier but still challenging is to put less planks and make them wider. Sounds fair?
4) Yea I know on part 2 and my other series to come to bring the difficulty level down a couple of notches but from comments some people like the difficulty so I might make 2 versions:regular and a hardcore.

Thanks!! 3 stars is good in my book. Atleast my 1st level is 'worth playing' lol. Im just glad people are playing it. It's on cool page 5 now with 79 hearts and over 1000 plays. Ill get to playing your level right now.

You know, the final part when you are going up with all those obstacles, specifically the part when you get to the second checkpoint and you must go up with those wooden logs and if you fall you die from the spikes, sometimes i falled from the hole in the back layer and got all the way down, it was very annoying because i either had to suicide myself or i got the old checkpoint and had to go up from the beginning.
Make that hole in the back layer close after the player gets up.

The first half of the level was pretty well built, it was challenging but in a fair way, the very last part was what bugged me. At the "only up from here" area, it lost the great mix, and became frustrating and difficult in an unfair way.

the crystal wall hopping area was pretty frustrating, just when you make it to the top, you pause to see what to grab onto, and bam, you're back at the bottom, or in some cases, back at a checkpoint at the very bottom of the shaft. I had 5xxx points when I got to the shaft, and left with barely 20% of my precious loot.

The ending wasn't what I was expecting, but it was certainly satisfying. I also enjoyed watching our hero talk to himself.
Overall, thumbs up in difficulty, but it was very frustrating, and I certainly can't blame the 1150 players who quit without finishing.

Hmm I might just put a scene where something shuts under you so you cant fall to far.

to Arion: So youre suggesting that the level is fair until the crystal jumps right? if so you think I should add a camera angle there or scratch that part and redo it? I did make it a hastily so I wouldnt mind redoing it. Sorry bout ending want to save ideas for second part....shouldve made a to be continued sign...

Oh ok! I thought I had fully sealed it off by putting a long ledge of front layer on it but i guess its still possible to fall down. Ill figure out a way to do this asap.

Edit: The big possible fall from the crystal jumps at the end is now sealed up so you can now fall harmlessly to right under the check point. I extended the ledge under the checkpoint so if u fall you just start over slightly under the checkpoint instead of falling all the way to the bottom lol.
