Sig exchange MIA?

| the sig exchange is dead...there is no fooling about saying it isn't...but are any of the people that actually made the sigs active anymoire?the only one i saw in the last 2 weeks was ir0n...and he actually posted in the sig exchange thread(i peeked) this...
