Seems to be a set of bad vertex coordinates. Nothing to worry if it's a one time happening. Had that too once with the rope that holds the middle planet. Once the planet was even invisible oO I could post pix if you want.

Yeah, I'd say it's nothing to worry about. It's been happening to a lot of my friends since the Leerdammer update. Never damages any data or anything, that I've noticed. Crystal Earrings do the same thing

ooh this happen to me like 3 times seens the new update! nothing to worry about bud. just go into a lvl and it will go off.. if you can see well just restart LBP
